The Gentlemen of Harmony Sing Ode to Joy / Anthems Medley at Spring Convention...

In our last official act as the 2011 Ontario District Chorus Champions we sang Jay Giallombardo’s arrangement of Ode to Joy combined with the Canadian and American national anthems The crowd burst into applause when the flag came out and didn't stop until long after it was over! One of those moments you never forget. View the video below:

Congratulations Mike Arnold -- 2011 Barbershopper of the year

At the ladies night celebration May 25, we heard from a pickup quartet which, (unbeknownst to almost everyone at the time) was actually composed entirely of BOTY winners:

Bari: 2007 BOTY Paul Coutts

Bass: 2011 BOTY Mike Arnold -- "Surprise!"

An honor well deserved for a quality individual. Congrats Mike!

On Father's Day 2011 the Gentlemen of Harmony sang in a well attended show with the famous Nylons. A great time was had by all. The GOH joined them on stage for the closing two numbers to finish out a very fun event.

The Gentlemen of Harmony are the 2011 Ontario District Chorus Champions!

With a score of 69.6% the GOH took their second Chorus Championship in their 54 year history, in Collingwood at the Ontario District 2011 Spring Convention on April 16.

The Simcoe Gentlemen Of Harmony

is a 70 member Barbershop chorus based in Simcoe, Ontario, Canada. For more than 50 years, we have sung four part acappella harmony for the benefit of our communities and for personal enjoyment and fellowship.

We are currently welcoming new members, come out and give it a try!
